Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the xportkit service ("Service") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Description of Service

xportkit provides a no-code software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to export publicly available data from the X/Twitter platform into structured formats (e.g., CSV, XLSX, JSON). The Service only interacts with public data and does not access private or protected accounts.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. By subscribing to a plan, you purchase credits that are consumed to perform data exports.

  • Credit Consumption: The cost in credits for each export is defined in our pricing and feature documentation. For example, exporting a user profile consumes a different amount of credits than exporting a list of tweets.
  • Billing and Subscriptions: We offer various subscription tiers (including a free plan, monthly plans, and yearly plans). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
  • Overage: Paid plans may be subject to overage fees if your credit consumption exceeds your plan's monthly allowance. The overage rate is specified in your plan details. Overage charges will be billed at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our Service, our users, or our reputation. You must also comply with the X/Twitter Terms of Service when using our Service and the data obtained through it. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the exported data for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
  • Reselling or white-labeling the Service or the data obtained through it without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of xportkit. The data you export remains the property of its original creators on X/Twitter. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the exported data complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and consistent service, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, which may result in temporary interruptions.

Disclaimer regarding X/Twitter Data: xportkit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with X/Twitter, Inc. The data provided through our Service is obtained from sources that compile publicly available information from the X/Twitter platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this data. Your use of the data is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall xportkit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or the data obtained through it.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
